Gender & Age Requirements:
All candidates applying for this position must be of maturity age of 18years above and preferably a female.

Office Proximity:
Candidates must reside within or near Gwarimpa as excuses for resuming or closing for work late would not be tolerated.

Academic Expectations:
We are not particularly looking for book smart staff nevertheless, all applying Candidate(s) should have a minimum of O’level or First Degree Education.

Working Hours & Days:
Weekdays (Mondays – Fridays) from 8am to 5pm. Saturdays from 10am to 3pm.
Customer hours on weekdays is from 9am to 4pm.

Responsibilities:

  1. Resume Office 8am and close 5:30pm every Weekdays and 10am to 3pm on Saturdays.
  2. Attend to customers at the office or at other locations based on booked / scheduled timing.
  3. Coordinate Online Interviews for Candidates applying for Jobs Overseas.
  4. Assist visiting Travelers with all their Flights Booking.
  5. Ability to work effectively with little of no close supervision.
  6. Assist prospective clients with their Visa Application Support
  7. Assist all Branch Customers with general support.
  8. Provide daily report via email on office activities for record keeping.
  9. Follow-up with converting prospective leads to customers.
  10. Assist with every Be SMMRT Events at the Gwarimpa Branch.
  11. Be Responsively Active on all Company’s Online Presence.
